Bitter cold arrives, commuters bundle up

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Commuters and pedestrians were bundling up against bitterly cold weather Monday.

Sub-freezing temperatures arrived just days after the start of the New Year, and after weeks of unseasonably warm weather in the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys.

Action News spoke with area residents about the sudden Arctic blast.
