PennDOT warns drivers to use caution in snow

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- All this rain could freeze which is why crews are making sure to lay salt down.

PennDOT has about 180 trucks that they will keep out for the duration of the storm.

Officials said they can't stress enough how important it is to drive slow with this winter weather.
