Power outage leaves Chester apartment complex with no air conditioning

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Residents at a Chester, Pa. apartment complex say they are without air conditioning during the heat wave.

We are told a power outage caused the problem at the Wallingford Estates on Madison Street.

The Action Cam saw crews repairing the lines on Thursday night.

Residents say the A/C has been out for about a day.

There was no word on when power will be restored.
