Snow causes closings and modified Amtrak service in Philly

PennDOT prepared roads Tuesday for the snow conditions. But the snow is falling quickly Wednesday afternoon, and closings are taking place and Amtrak is running on a modified schedule. Watch the video as Katherine Scott reports from Northeast Philadelphia.
