WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting that left two people wounded in West Philadelphia.
The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday in the area of 59th and Irving streets.
One of the victims is believed to be a teen, possibly 17-years-old.
Police rushed both victims to Penn Presbyterian Hospital for treatment.
One victim was shot in the upper body and the other in the leg.
Police say the victims were targeted and they are trying to determine if the shooting was a drive-by.
Both the victims are expected to survive.
