BERLIN, Pa. (WPVI) -- A cashier took matters into her own hands during an attempted robbery at a Western Pennsylvania convenience store.

Annabelle Miller was just beginning her shift on Sunday night at a mini-market in Berlin when a woman wearing a mask came through the front door.

Surveillance from inside the store shows the woman throwing a black bag on the counter and demanding money.

That's when Miller grabbed the first thing within her reach - a can of Raid bug spray.

She sprayed the would-be robber in the face and the woman fled the scene.

Miller was not injured during the incident.

Police are still searching for the masked robber.
