Tractor trailer jumps guardrail in I-295 crash in Westville

WESTVILLE, N.J. (WPVI) -- A tractor trailer jumped a guardrail and nearly plummeted off an overpass in Gloucester County Monday afternoon.

State police tell Action News that the crash happened in the vicinity of I-295 and Route 628 in Westville.

Chopper 6 was over the scene when a pickup truck was also damaged after crashing into the side barrier on the overpass.

There are no reports of injuries at this time.

Traffic is snarled in the area.

New Jersey State Police are investigating.
