From crumbling and vacant to brand new

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- What was a crumbling, vacant lot in South Philadelphia, is now a brand new park.

The Action Cam was at the Ralph Brooks Park at 20th and Tasker Monday, for the ribbon cutting.

The park includes a repaved and re-done basketball court and new play equipment.

Eagles Linebacker Connor Barwin was on hand for today's opening.

His "Make The World Better" foundation helped raise money for the project.
