No Deal: Firefighters turn down proposed contract in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Delaware (WPVI) -- Firefighters in Wilmington have turned down a proposed contract with the city.

This is the latest move in a battle that has lasted more than three years.

The disagreement is over possible shift changes and rolling bypasses.

Firefighters say rolling bypasses can create dangerous situations.
