Woman found shot in Wilmington home

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting in Wilmington that sent a woman to the hospital.

It happened around 9:00 p.m. in the 200 block of South Harrison Street.

Arriving first-responders found a 20-year-old woman inside a home, suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm.

She was taken to Christiana Hospital in stable condition.

No word what led up to the shooting.
