1 dead after motorcycle, car collide on Kelly Drive

FAIRMOUNT PARK (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and a car along Kelly Drive.

The crash happened just after 10 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Fountain Green Drive.

Police say the 32-year-old motorcyclist was transported to Hahnemann Hospital where he were pronounced dead.

The driver of the SUV, an 18-year-old woman, did not suffer any serious injuries.

Police say the woman was turning left onto Kelly Drive when the motorcyclist was hit.

The impact ejected the motorcyclist from his bike and onto the roadway.

The identity of the motorcyclist has not yet been released.
