3 escape house fire in Lehigh Valley

NORTHAMPTON, Pa. (WPVI) -- An early morning fire damaged a home in Northampton County.

Firefighters arrived just before 2 a.m. Tuesday to find flames coming from the home on the 2400 block of Cherryville Road in Northampton Borough.

Three people inside the home were able to safely escape.

The Red Cross is helping those displaced.

There is no word on how the fire started.
