CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Investigators are trying to find out what started a fire that damaged three rowhomes in Chester.
Fire officials say the flames broke out in the rear of a home on the 1300 block of Perkins Street around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The fire then spread to two adjoining homes.
Fire officials say no one was home when the fire started.
