Missing 16-year-old mom and newborn twins from NE Phila. have been found

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police have confirmed through the Gloucester City, New Jersey Police Department that a missing 16-year-old girl and her newborn twin girls have been located.

16-year-old Ruth Johnson was reported missing after last being seen at her home Thursday night in the 7100 block of Glenloch Street in Northeast Philadelphia.

Police say after a verbal altercation at her home around 9:00 p.m., Johnson left the residence along with her 7-day-old twin daughters.

Few details have been released, but police do say that both Ruth and her 7-day-old twin daughters are in good condition.
