Suspect caught right after Center City bank robbery

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Police quickly caught a bank robber on Friday in Center City.

The suspect robbed a Susquehanna Bank late Friday morning and fled with an unknown amount of cash.

Police quickly stopped the male near 20th and Ben Franklin Parkway, recovered the stolen cash and arrested him.

There were no injuries reported.

The view from Chopper 6 HD showed a large number of police officers on the scene.
