6 injured in head-on crash in Wilmington

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Six people were injured after a head-on crash in Wilmington, Delaware.

It happened around 2:15 a.m. Sunday at 12th and Bowers streets.

According to police, two vehicles including one pulling a U-Haul trailer crashed head-on, trapping both drivers in the wreckage.

They had to be freed by firefighters.

All six victims were taken to Christiana Hospital for treatment.
