Facebook, Google, Chick-fil-A amongst top companies for culture and value

Having a pleasant work environment makes the grind of the 9-to-5 world much more pleasant. Sociable coworkers, supervisors who trust and value your service, and a company whose mission has a strong moral standing are quintessential to any great employment experience.

Glassdoor.com released today their list of the top companies for culture and values. The rankings were determined by self-submitted reviews by current and former employees of each company, people who've experienced that particular work culture first hand.

While tech giants Twitter, Google and Facebook have been a constant resurgence in best company rankings, less publicized organizations like Riverbed Technology, Intuit and Wegmans all made strong standings on the list.
