Mural Arts program graduates turned their lives around.

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A graduation ceremony in Center City took on special meaning.

These proud grads used the Mural Arts program to help turn their lives around.

They all graduated from the , or who are on probation.

Mayor Jim Kenney and members of city council helped congratulate them on their newfound success.
