Fire destroys house in West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Firefighters battled a house blaze in West Philadelphia Saturday afternoon.

The fire started after 2 p.m. near 54th and Baltimore Avenue.

It took crews about an hour to get the flames under control.

One person was treated by first responders.

So far, there is no word on the cause of the blaze.
