1 injured in bar fire in Tacony

TACONY (WPVI) -- One person was injured after flames ripped through a bar in Philadelphia's Tacony section early Wednesday morning.

The fire broke out just before 2:30 a.m. at Harrison's Hideaway located at the intersection of Torresdale Avenue and Levick Street.

Firefighters arrived to heavy flames showing from the building, which also houses two apartments on the second floor.

One person was injured and treated at the scene.

Two other people made it out unharmed.

There was no immediate word what sparked the blaze.
