PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- Two homes were damaged after a fire in Philadelphia's Port Richmond section.
The fire started before 12 a.m. Tuesday on the 2200 block of East Tioga Street.
Fire crews arrived to find heavy flames showing on the first and second floors of a 2-story row house.
The back part of the structure partially collapsed, and an adjacent home sustained damage before firefighters were able to contain the blaze.
Officials say the house where the fire started was vacant, but the neighboring house was occupied.
No one was hurt.
Fire investigators are working to determine what sparked the fire.
