POINT BREEZE (WPVI) -- Two residents managed to escape a house fire in the Point Breeze section of Philadelphia.
The fire started around 4:15 a.m. Sunday in a three-story row home on the 1300 block of South 16th street.
The two men in the home got out before firefighters arrived.
One of the men is being treated in the hospital for smoke inhalation.
People living in the two neighboring homes were evacuated as a precaution.
Investigators are working to figure out what caused the fire.
