TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Five people are recovering after police say an argument led to gunfire early Friday in Trenton, New Jersey.
The incident happened around 2:20 a.m. Friday on the unit block of Oliver Avenue.
Police say a number of people were gathered outside and an argument involving several women was underway.

A dark-colored sedan then pulled up, and a male paasenger got out of the car and opened fire with a semi-automatic weapon, hitting several people.
The suspect then jumped back into the car, which sped off.
Police say a total of five people were injured.

A 44-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, a 41-year-old man was hit in the back, a 24-year-old woman was hit in the shoulder, a 44-year-old woman suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, and a 22-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet.
All were taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton.
The 22 year-old woman was treated and released by 9 a.m.
The other victims were all expected to recover from their wounds.
Police were working to develop a description of the gunman and were checking surveillance cameras in the area.
