MAYFAIR (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police say they've arrested the woman who stole money raised during a book fair by a Catholic school in the Mayfair section.

Sarah Higgins, 29, of the 200 block of Lafayette Street, was arrested on Sunday morning. She is charged with burglary, criminal trespass and related offenses.

According to investigators, Higgins is the woman seen on surveillance video sneaking into the St. Martha's Parish School back in February.

In the video, a woman alleged to be Higgins is seen trying to go through one door, but finds it locked. The woman then finds a door that was left open for members to attend choir practice.

Once inside, she goes downstairs to the area where the book fair was held.

A lock box with about $1,000 inside was then taken.
