NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say they have arrested the man wanted in a shooting at a Church's Chicken in North Philadelphia.
Ronald (AKA Roland) Graham was taken into custody on Thursday.
According to SEPTA Police Chief Tom Nestel, Graham was taken into custody while riding the Route 23 bus at the intersection of Germantown and Venango. The suspect was sleeping on the bus and taken without incident. He was then turned over to Philadelphia police.
Graham has not yet been formally charged.
The incident happened around 5:30 p.m. Sunday on the 3600 block of North Broad Street.
Officers arrived to find a 19-year-old Josiah Myers inside the Church's Chicken store suffering with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he is listed in stable condition after undergoing surgery.
The victim's brother, an employee told police he was involved in an argument with Graham and Myers attempted to resolve the conflict.
He says the suspect left the store then returned and pulled out a gun and fired three shots.
