Driver crashes near Lankenau Hospital, car catches fire

WYNNEDWOOD, Pa. (WPVI) -- A driver crashed into a wall near the entrance to Lankenau Hospital in Lower Merion Township.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday along the 100 block of Lancaster Avenue in Wynnewood.

The vehicle caught fire after the driver had been taken to the emergency room.

It is unclear if the rainy weather played a role in the wreck
