Fire damages townhouse in Evesham Twp., NJ

EVESHAM TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Firefighters battled a house fire in Evesham Township, Burlington County.

It was reported before 7:00 a.m. Thursday at a home in the 100 block of Weaver Drive, in the Tanglewood development.

Action News is told the blaze quickly went to 2 alarms.

Images from Chopper 6 HD showed fire crews battling the fire from both inside and outside the multi-story townhome.

Smoke from the blaze could be seen for miles.

There were no immediate reports of injuries.

No one was hurt in the fire.

The American Red Cross is assisting two women, a man and a 2-year-old boy.

Fire investigators are working to determine what sparked the blaze.
