Fire erupts in barn on farm in Chester County

COCHRANVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Firefighters battled a barn fire Saturday in Chester County.

The fire started around 1:30 p.m. on an Amish Dairy Farm in the 600 block of Street Road in Cochranville, Pennsylvania.

Officials say feed being stored inside the barn apparently caught fire, destroying much of the structure.

All the animals inside were safely evacuated, police say.

No other injuries were reported.
