Former school bus driver accused of indecent assault

OLEY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A former school bus driver was fired back in 2008 for allegedly touching a young girl inappropriately. But a more recent police investigation uncovered another alleged victim, and now that man is facing charges.

Seventy-nine-year-old Arthur Fick of Reading was charged with indecent assault and corruption of minors.

In December of last year, detectives with the Berks County District Attorney's Child Abuse Unit began an investigation into Fick after getting a report from a teenager about incidents that happened in 2008.

Fick was a driver for the Oley School District at the time.

In February of this year, a second victim came forward about a similar incident in 2001.

Fick was arraigned Tuesday and his bail was set at $25,000.
