Jet makes rough emergency landing at Philadelphia International Airport

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A small jet was forced to make a rough emergency landing at Philadelphia International Airport.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

Officials say the Hawker 4000 jet was experiencing nose gear issues.

The pilot was forced to make an emergency landing.

The jet skidded to a stop and landed with the nose gear up.

Five people were on-board the plane but no one was injured.

The plane took off from Carlsbad, New Mexico and was headed to Monmouth Airport in New Jersey.

No word what caused the gear issues.

Officials say airport passengers will experience significant delays the remainder of Thursday evening at the airport.
