Man arrested for putting camera in restaurant bathroom

WILMINGTON, Del. -- Police in Delaware have arrested and charged a man, accused of putting a camera inside a restaurant bathroom.

Twenty-nine-year-old Luis Eduardo Lopez is accused of putting a digital camera inside a bathroom stall at the Moe's Southwest Grill on Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington.

An employee discovered the camera in March, and reported it to police.

Lopez, a former employee at Moe's, was arrested yesterday.
