Man charged with sexual assault of child in Warminster

WARMINSTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Warminster, Bucks County police have arrested a 73-year-old man for the sexual assault of a minor.

Tony Carter was charged with two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, and one count of unlawful contact with a minor, one count of indecent assault, and one count of corruption of a minor.

The charges stem from an investigation of the sexual assault of 6-year-old child that occurred over a period of time this year.

Carter was arraigned, and bail was set for one million dollars or ten percent.

He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim or any other children.

Carter was sent to the Bucks County Correction Facility.
