YARDLEY, Pa. (WPVI) -- Pennsylvania State Police have identified the man found dead inside of a car at an I-95 rest stop in Yardley, Bucks County.
The discovery was made just south of the Scudder Falls Bridge.
A maintenance worker found 60-year-old Robert Kinslow of Bristol, Pa., in his car with the driver's side door open.
It was originally thought that Kinslow was sleeping but when he was unresponsive, police were called.
Kinslow was pronounced dead at the scene.
His cause of death has not yet been determined. However, police say they do not suspect foul play.
An investigation continues.
