Man killed in Wilmington hit-and-run crash

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a 52-year-old man in Wilmington, Delaware.

It happened shortly after midnight Sunday near Anderson and Morehouse drives.

Police say the man was struck while walking across the roadway.

The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say the driver was in a light-colored sedan, but no further details were given.
