Chester County authorities have identified a man wanted for the ramming of a Willistown police vehicle.

WILLISTOWN TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Chester County authorities have identified a man wanted for the ramming of a Willistown police vehicle.

Police spent the afternoon searching Ridley State Park in neighboring Delaware County because they thought Tyrell Winchester was hiding there, but they were unable to find him.

The ramming incident happened at 4 p.m. Thursday along Route 3 in Willistown Township near the Delaware County line.

Police were pursuing a stolen car out of Lower Merion when the Willistown police car was struck by the stolen vehicle.

The officer inside was not hurt.
