Medical condition leads to deadly crash in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A medical condition led to a deadly crash Sunday night in West Philadelphia.

It happened around 4 p.m. along the 5300 block of Parkside Avenue near Fairmount Park.

Police say the 28-year-old driver had problems breathing, which caused him to slam his SUV into a wall.

He was rushed to Lankenau Hospital, where he died.

No one else was hurt.
