EAST FALLS (WPVI) -- More patients had to be hospitalized after being sickened at a drug rehab facility in the East Falls section of Philadelphia.
It happened just after 9:00 p.m. at the Gaudenzia Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Center in the 3200 block of Henry Avenue.
Several ambulances were called to the scene and about 12 people were taken to area hospitals.
On Saturday, at least two more people were also hospitalized.
Sources tell Action News the victims were sickened after having bad reactions to synthetic marijuana known as K-2.
Officials, however, will only say that there was a medical issue.
The incident is under investigation.
