PGW investigates reported gas leak in West Oak Lane

WEST OAK LANE (WPVI) -- Crews were called to the scene of a reported gas leak in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia.

The call went out at 1:00 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Mayland Street.

Police and fire personnel were on the scene as PGW crews worked to determine the source of the possible leak.

The fire department evacuated 11 people from four homes as a precaution.

No injuries were reported.
