Pilot seriously injured in Pemberton plane crash

PEMBERTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- One person was seriously injured during a small plane crash in Pemberton, Burlington County.

The incident was reported shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday at the Pemberton Airport located at 151 North Pemberton Road.

Officials tell Action News the one-seater ultralight plane crashed, trapping the pilot inside.

The pilot suffered serious injuries.

No word on what caused that plane to go down.
