Missing Southwest Philadelphia woman found safe

Police say a 66-year-old woman who went missing from Southwest Philadelphia was found safe.

Olga Trewick, who suffers from dementia, went missing around 4:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day from her residence on the 6600 block of Guyer Avenue.

Police said Saturday that Trewick was found in good condition. Her exact whereabouts during the time she was missing are unclear.

She has since been reunited with her family.
