Sharrie Williams co-hosts 6th annual Dinner Dance

CINNAMINSON, N.J. (WPVI) -- It was a night of good eating and grooving to the music in Camden County as the Lawnside Education Foundation hosted its 6th annual Dinner Dance.

The event raises money for programs that will better benefit students and the community living in the Lawnside School District.

Actor, philanthropist, and star of the STARZ Television series Power, Omari Hardwick, was also in attendance as a celebrity guest.

Hardwick spoke with Action News' Sharrie Williams, who helped emcee the event, about his journey of breaking into Hollywood as an actor, the Oscars and giving back to the community.
