Dog remains found in bag, set on fire in Southwest Philadelphia

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A disturbing discovery was made in Southwest Philadelphia.

The remains of a dog were found stuffed inside a black contractor bag that had been set on fire at 84th and Crane streets.

Firefighters arrived and put out the flames Sunday afternoon.

No further information has been released about this case.
