Pilot okay after Cape May County plane crash

MIDDLE TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- The pilot of a small plane is expected to be okay after crashing his plane Sunday afternoon in Middle Township, Cape May County.

Police say the 20-year-old pilot was circling to land when the plane suddenly lost power, then crashed into a marshy area around 2 p.m.

The pilot suffered lacerations to his head and was taken to the hospital.

The plane was an aircraft from Paramount Air.
