Mayor Kenney thanks his summer interns

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- The summer is coming to a close and that means the end of internships.

Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney congratulated the students who completed internships in different city departments, 51 in all.

Each intern got a certificate along with well wishes for the future from Mayor Kenney.
