The Gary Papa Run (Art Museum)
The Gary Papa Run is a Father's Day tradition in Philadelphia. People will be gathering in front the Art Museum early Sunday morning for the 10K, 5K and 1 mile run-walk. The event, named in honor of the late 6abc sports anchor, benefits the Foundation for Breast and Prostate Health.

If you're headed down the shore, take dad to the amusement pier. Dads ride and slide free at Morey's Piers in Wildwood on Sunday.

The Phillies host the Arizona Diamondbacks for a weekend series. Sunday's game features a pre-game tribute dedicated to all dads, and men 15 and older get a Hawaiian Phillies shirt.

Demo Day with Union soccer (Chester)
The Union face their NY rivals this weekend in what they're calling "Demolition Derby." They play the New York Red Bulls Sunday at 5 p.m., with extra activities for fans at Talen Energy Center.

Art for the Cash Poor (Kensington)
A block party-style art show and sale gives people the opportunity to build their art collection on a tight budget. "Art for the Cash Poor" takes place at the Crane Arts Building in Kensington. It's happening Saturday and Sunday, with a ticketed Kickoff Party Friday night.

Juneteenth Festival (Germantown)
Historic Germantown holds its seventh annual Juneteenth Festival on Saturday. Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the U.S. Free family-friendly activities will take place from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. at the Johnson House Historic Site and along the 6300 Block of Germantown Avenue.

SPCA Pet Adoption event (Wilmington, Del.)
The Brandywine Valley SPCA will be hosting the Tri-State area's largest pet adoption event on Saturday and Sunday. More than 1,000 dogs and cats will be available for adoption at the Bellevue State Park in Wilmington. Admission is free and the adoption fee is just $20.

Philly Pride Festival (Center City)
This weekend is the Philly Pride Parade and Festival. The colorful procession begins in the Gayborhood Sunday at 11:30 a.m. and makes its way to a party at Penn's Landing with food, drinks, music and more.
