The pre-July 4th weekend will kick off with a bang, when fireworks fill the sky both Friday and Saturday at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing.
There are free concerts starting at 8:00 both nights and the fireworks are expected to start around 9:30.

You can also enjoy movies under the stars. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is playing for free at Vernon Park Saturday night, and Rocky returns to the steps of the Art Museum on Sunday night at 8:00.

The seventh annual Independence Day Splash at Adventure Aquarium in Camden starts at 5:00 Saturday evening.
The aquarium will have extended hours, leading up to fireworks along the Camden Waterfront.

Maple Shade Township's fireworks show will be Saturday night at 9:00 at Maple Shade High School.

There will be live music, food and family entertainment at the annual Red, White and Blue BBQ Bash at Peddler's Village in Bucks County.
