The Cowboys are indeed "America's Team." That's at least according to NFL player sales rankings of anything sold with a player's name and or image from March through May.

Four of the top five best selling players in all officially licensed products, as released by the NFLPA, were Dallas Cowboys.

Dez Bryant becomes the first wide receiver to ever lead the quarterly list that has been published since 2013. His quarterback Tony Romo and his new running back Ezekiel Elliott finished second and third, while tight end Jason Witten finished fifth behind Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Other rookies who made the list, besides Elliott, were Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz (No. 9), Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff (No. 14) and San Diego Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa (No. 42).

Oakland Raiders defensive end Kahlil Mack (No. 13), quarterback Derek Carr (No. 15) and wide receiver Amari Cooper (No. 16) appear in the top 20 of the list, a first for the franchise's players.

Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt remained the highest-ranked defensive player at No. 11.
