INDIANAPOLIS -- Colts owner Jim Irsay, who entered a rehab facility in the middle of March, will be in Atlanta for the NFL owners meetings this month.
Colts chief operating officer Pete Ward told reporters of Irsay's plans to be at the league meetings during a news conference Wednesday for Indianapolis' bid for the 2018 Super Bowl.
It's uncertain if Irsay is still in rehab or getting treatment elsewhere. He was arrested March 17 and faces four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. The police report said Irsay had $29,000 in cash and bottles of prescription drugs in his car. Irsay has not been charged.
Irsay's daughter Carlie Irsay-Gordon has been leading the Colts in her father's absence.
