Free agent forward Nemanja Bjelica has agreed to a one-year, $4.4 million deal with the Philadelphia 76ers, league sources told ESPN.

Bjelica, 30, spent the past three seasons with the Timberwolves, who recently rescinded his qualifying offer to make him an unrestricted free agent.

The Sixers will use their room mid-level exception to sign him.

Bjelica will fit into the stretch forward role of Ersan Ilyasova, who left the Sixers in free agency for the Milwaukee Bucks. He shot 41.5 percent on 3-pointers, averaging 6.8 points.

Philadelphia closed deals on three one-year contracts this week, including bringing back guard JJ Redick and forward Amir Johnson, ESPN reported.

Bjelica, who is Serbian, was the EuroLeague MVP in 2015 prior to joining the NBA.
