A vehicle became trapped underneath the truck's trailer.

When the firefighters first got to the scene they were able to pop the passenger door and free 78-year-old Nahlin Duka.

However, the driver 55-year-old Cathrenia Moening of East Greensville, Pa. was pinned from the legs down.

Emergency personnel from fire departments and two ambulances worked together.
